This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

Our client is looking for an Account Payable Clerk to support their existing team. This is an expansion position due to the success of the business. You do not need to have worked in the social care sector, as along you have the experience of working in fast paced environment and are process driven, then you will have an amazing opportunity to build a fantastic career. You will have worked within a dynamic fast-moving environment, and you must possess a strong Communication skills

The role includes;

* You will be working within a team of 9, experience ranges to 2 months tot 25 years.

* Processing invoices electronically

* Obtain/follow up on approval for the payments

* Monthly Payment runs

* Ensuring internal processes are adhered too.

* Reconciliations

* Build strong internal relationships across the business and the different operations centres

* Ensure GDPR compliant at all times.

Previous relevant experience

* Experience with AP is preferred but not a necessity

* Strong attention to detail

* Positive enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude

* Confident, with a clear and concise communication style
