Area to be covered: South (M4 corridor)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000neg (depending on experience) + circa 30% bonus

Benefits: £6,500 car allowance and exceptional benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Window & Doors Hardware will involve:

* OEM Sales Manager position selling a high quality range of manufactured mechanical window and door hardware products such as: locks, hinges, handles, security systems, sealants

* All of your time will be spent selling to OEM’s /door and window manufacturers such as Doorstop, IG Doors and Birtley Group

* Strategically creating, developing and maintaining account plans

* Producing monthly reporting for your line manager and working alongside the purchasing, estimating, logistics sales teams

* Depending on location may be required for the occasional overnight stay

* Large Southern territory covering South West & South East ideally based M4 corridor

* Regular upkeep of CRM system

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Window & Doors Hardware with:

* Must have sold related products such as: window / door handles, hardware, architectural ironmongery, fenestration products, mechanical locks, window seals or related products (not essential)

* Ideally sold to OEM’s however open if you have related products experience

* Ideally strong understanding of the window and door market place (not essential)

* Comfortable with daily / weekly reporting and diary planning

* Able to communication at directory/management level

* Self motivated, communicative, relationship builder with strong negotiation skills

* Must have a strong strategic mind-set and business acumen
