x8 Welders (MMA)

Duration: Long term
Shifts: Dayshift & Nightshift
Hours: 108 hours per fortnight
Rotation: 11 days on / 3 days off (long weekend off every other weekend)

Mactech require x8 Welders (MMA) for long-term work on the Hinkley Point C nuclear new build project.

Suitable candidates must:

• Have experience of heavy fabrication, both structural steelwork and plate work.
• Be able to evidence Level 3 Diploma/Apprenticeship in Welding.
• Be able to provide MMA welding process competence in the form of valid codings.
• Hold a CCNSG Safety Passport.

Pay rates in line with ECSA Site Agreement (PAYE) as per below:

Basic Days (38 hours): £24.38 per hour
Basic Nights (38 hours): £29.86 per hour
OT1 basic + 40%
OT2 basic + 80%
Bonus (up to) 10% of the basic rate
Tax-Free Lodge £43.27 per day
Periodic Travel Return rail fare and travel time
Pension 10%
Holidays 25 days plus public
