PW Construction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to begin a temporary to permanent assignment with our client based in the Rochester, Kent area.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be required to complete the following duties:

- Grass cutting

- Weeding

- Hedge trimming

- Planting

- Operating power tools

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the landscaping industry for the long term. Our client have fantastic opportunities for growth and develop their team internally.

You will be working closely with experienced landscapers daily, working all over Kent on a variety of different projects.

You will be required to work from 07:30 to 16:00 from Monday to Friday.

In return, you will receive:

- £10.42 per hour

- 20 days annual leave

- Permanent employment for the right candidates

- Full PPE

- Optional weekend overtime
