An opportunity for you to join an award-winning education recruitment agency as a Part Time Credit Controller; you will be earning a salary of £20-24k (pro rata and based on your experience) with flexibility of between 15-22.5 hours a week, on a permanent contract.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?
As an experienced Credit Controller, you will play a key role in the business where your primary responsibilities will be to collect and reconcile credit notes and invoices owed to the company; you will manage customer accounts, ensuring that new customers have healthy credit and that existing customers have settled monthly accounts in a timely manner; you will also be responsible for chasing outstanding payments to ensure all money is received.

This is a permanent part time position which offers you the flexibility for both home and office working (hybrid).

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Ensure customers pay to credit terms via E-mail or telephone
Produce monthly cash reports
Liaising with customers and internal departments to resolve invoice disputes
Weekly invoice process
Raising credit notes and manual sales invoices

ARE YOU IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE?

A successful track-record in a similar role
Experience in the control and maintenance of a Sales Ledger
In depth knowledge of credit control with hands-on experience of chasing customer debts
Confident with speaking to both internal and external customers via telephone
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and organise workloads to meet deadlines
Ability to work both individually and in a team
Sound decision making
Proficient user of Xero
Excellent IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
Committed, punctual and reliable
Stable work history, be able to explain reasons for leaving previous positions/gaps in employment

WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
Happy to discuss working hours/patterns to suit you of anywhere between 15-22.5 hours a week (no weekends/evenings)
