CV Screen is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a fantastic business within the skincare sector. You will be joining a talented team who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients.

This excellent company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to come on board, contributing to the growth of the brand and increasing sales.

WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT: 

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you should have proven experience of increasing web sales in a B2C / D2C environment. Any experience within beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or fashion would be desirable.

DUTIES INCLUDE: 

You will be developing the digital marketing plan.
You will be working with key social media platforms, with a particular focus on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
You will be responsible for segmenting and profiling the customer database.
You will be responsible for social media growth, with a particular focus on customer engagement and number of followers.
You will provide detailed reports and analysis on all marketing activity.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

You should have proven digital marketing experience.
You should have experience of increasing website sales in a B2C / D2C environment.
You should have experience in running paid social and paid search campaigns.
You should be able to run successful email marketing campaigns via MailChimp or Klaviyo.
Any knowledge of Shopify or Magento would be ideal.
Excellent copywriting skills are needed in this role

SALARY & BENEFITS:

A salary of up to 40k is available, dependent on experience.
