We are looking for Maintenance/Facilities Coordinators to join a reputable contractor specialising in planned and reactive maintenance across Rail, Education, Health and Local Authority sectors.

You will need to have background in a helpdesk coordinator position across a similar construction environment managing reactive maintenance calls.

Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30pm

Salary - £25k (DOE)

- You will need to have background working in Maintenance/Facilities coordination

- Strong logistical background

- Ability to cost works, liaise with sub contractors and manage signing off of reports

- Ability to manage high volumes of work at a rapid rate

- Reliable, hard working and punctual
