Role: Continuous improvement Consultant

Overview

We need to recruit or source IT talent from the external market to help us deliver on a number of critical projects & programmes. To support this activity, we need to ensure our internal operating model for sourcing & recruitment is fully optimised.

The Role/ Responsibilities

Manage & Execute improvement initiatives to deliver business performance improvement across the IDT Sourcing & Recruitment operating model (spanning multiple teams & global geographies).
Pro-actively frame improvement opportunities to close gaps in performance.
Activities will include facilitating workshops plus leading improvement projects and other CI activities with a pragmatic, outcome-based focus on solving business problems, in compliance with business methods.
Implement the Continuous Improvement agenda. Support the front-line leadership on this agenda, implementing the IDT CI deployment approach to deliver the team's targets.
Understanding both the current and future state operating model, and framing improvement activities to close the gaps - spanning data, KPIs, people, systems, and processes.
Supporting and coaching front line staff with simple, practical approaches to deliver CI and other process improvement and cost reduction programs.
What you will bring
Essential

5 years of more experience in managing similar Continuous Improvement initiatives to those described above - e.g. relating to enhancement of a complex operating model
Process creation in Visio and in PowerPoint
User guide creation in PowerPoint
Data analysis and reporting in Excel
Desirable

Experience in the HR/Talent arena, including operating model design or improvement for sourcing of contractor resources and recruitment of permanent staff on a large-scale
Experience in project and/or change management methodology to help support embedding changes to the operating model if needed
