Sales Engineer / Junior Sales Engineer / Field Sales Representative required to join a leading supplier of compressed air products & services.

The successful Sales Engineer / Junior Sales Engineer / Field Sales Representative shall be responsible for selling compressors, vacuum pumps, nitrogen & oxygen generators, blowers, air dryers and other compressed air related systems in to various industries across the South of the UK.

The Sales Engineer / Junior Sales Engineer / Field Sales Representative will idealy have technical sales experience within mechanical or electrical engineering and willingness to succeed with a reputable engineering company. Full product training is provided.

Service Engineers with a mechanical engineering background looking to come off the tools and progress in to sales would also be of interest.

Sales Engineer / Junior Sales Engineer / Field Sales Representative Role
Selling compressors, vacuum pumps, nitrogen & oxygen generators, air dryers and other compressed air engineering systems in to various industries.
Manage and grow existing key accounts as well as new business development.
Carrying out site surveys and understanding the customers’ requirements.
Making presentations to promote new compressed air/pneumatics products and special deals.
Maintaining new sales of compressors, vacuum pumps, nitrogen & oxygen generators, air dryers and other compressed air engineering systems with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
Working closely with the service department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
Discuss, negotiate, and finalise sales proposals with customers.
Working out of the office in Buckinghamshire, travelling to customer sites regularly.
Liaise with various engineering departments

Sales Engineer / Junior Sales Engineer / Field Sales Representative Requirements
Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable engineering company.
Experience as a Sales Engineer, Junior Sales Engineer, Service Sales Engineer, Internal Sales Engineer, Field Sales Representative, Internal Sales Engineer, Sales Executive or similar customer service role.
Experience Selling or servicing mechanical engineering equipment - compressors, vacuum pumps, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers, nitrogen generators, pneumatics, hydraulics, capital equipment, pumps, motors or similar compressed air equipment would be advantageous.
Service Engineers with a mechanical engineering background looking to come off the tools and progress in to sales would be of interest.
A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
Commutable to Buckinghamshire or willing to relocate.
Full clean UK driving license
