Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator for our client based Ascot.

Role: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Ascot

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum

**Please note that this is an office-based position - attendance to the office 5 days a week is required**

The role involves:

You will play a key role in executing and delivering comprehensive marketing strategies. Being able to think creatively and commercially, with experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, to be able to provide a quality customer experience. Creating innovating and multi-channel communications in line with business needs
Building cycle marketing campaigns to drive initiatives
Evaluating and analysing marketing campaigns
Measure and improve engagement levels across audiences
Establishing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships in trade PR to help expose the business to a wider audience
Working closely with Marketing and Franchise Manager to prepare high quality and creative presentations for brand strategy, campaigns, and any other specific projects
Assisting with the executive of franchise recruitment activities to drive expansion of the network across UK and Ireland
Supporting with the creation of marketing and development tools
Developing and managing the annual and external marketing plan
Manage and deliver cycle campaigns to support the marketing plan including implementation videos, brief of designs, copy writing, implementation documents, and digital calendar ensuring promotions are commercially viable and support business KPIs
Working with the international teams to ensure that the UK and Irish tools, initiatives and images are in-line with the global network
Delivering ROI and bespoke ad-hoc campaigns when required
Providing PR support for business openings
Generating content to be utilised in digital recruitment campaigns
Ensure the franchise tab on the website and recruitment portal are running at optimum capacity
Manage the process of creating and maintaining franchise mini websites, social media platforms and Google-My Business profile and integration with in-salon CRM software
Upload cycle content to social profiles and websites
Provide network with creative social content to enhance audience engagement
Field visits to salons
Attending events and seminars
Raising POs on Sage

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience of producing cohesive campaigns and communications would be beneficial
Keen eye for design
Business acumen and understanding of KPIs
Skills in creative copy writing
Understanding of paid social and social content strategy building
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Highly organised
