Our client who have offices in Stratford-upon-Avon are a management company who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and keen to learn Customer Service Coordinator/Administrator to join their expanding team as they continue to develop and grow the business. The successful candidate will be taking and receiving calls from customers, updating spreadsheets and other general administration tasks. Full training on in-house databases will be given.

You will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and will receive a range of benefits including 25 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays, on-site parking and company pension. Starting salary £21,000 rising up to £23,500 after probation.

As an Office Administrator your responsibilities will include:

* Making calls to customers and finding out additional details

* Taking customer calls and answering any queries in a friendly manner

* Updating the in-house database

* Using Web chat to liaise with customers

* Daily use of Excel to update spreadsheets

* Work closely with the finance team

We are looking for an Customer Service Coordinator/Office Administrator who has the following skills and experiences:

Previous customer service experience

Good knowledge of Excel

Enthusiastic and keen to learn

Able to multi-task with good attention to detail
