ACCOUNT MANAGER - Salary £35,000 DOE + Benefits - Liverpool

SRS are recruiting for an a truly brilliant opportunity as an Account Manager for a global company going from strength to strength and looking to expand their team due to organic growth in their Liverpool office.

This is NOT a sales role, it’s a client relationship role looking after 1 key client!!!

Job purpose

Understanding the commercial model, monitors profitability, identifying threats, opportunities, and implement / development actions in general practice.
Implements strategies to assist the client in attainment of their corporate growth and efficiency objectives.
Sales development from the ground up of specific identified prospective Clients
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Be familiar with the contract, agreed services and their levels with dependent responsibilities.
Monitor delivery of the service levels on a weekly and monthly basis
Identify trends /problems / potential solutions.
Review reports & data
Assist in delivery of target profit margins and growth objectives.
Develop long term relationships at all levels within the Client, suppliers and internal teams.
Develop and maintain an Account Plan & Strategy to compliment the business objectives to the client.
Maximise opportunities for extending product / service offerings.
Ownership and management of client improvement projects.
Qualifications and Key Skills

International / Domestic contract logistics management
Strong communications skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a strategic client account role
Package

Pension scheme (5% employee, 3% employer contributions)
Core working hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am- 6.30pm -Flexibility.
