We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our busy team in Wolverhampton!

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm

Salary: Up to £23,000 pa depending on experience.

As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for delivery of a full range of human resource services. One of your main roles will be supporting the HR manager on both recruiting new staff and taking care of existing staff, managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations. Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation.

HR Administrator Responsibilities:

Delivering advice and assistance on policies, procedures, and legislation
Updating and maintaining the HR documentation and the HR Information System data
Providing full administration support for all areas of the HR function
Manage HR ticketing inbox
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
Consulting closely with the Finance team regarding pay related queries and preparation of documentation for Payroll
Ensuring strict confidentiality of all employee records and work undertaken.
Support with onboarding of new staff; developing job descriptions and induction programmes, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Ensuring workstations and equipment are prepared
Preparing employee offers and contracts
HR Administrator Requirements:

1-2 years’ experience of working within human resources or similar function
Strong administration skills
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C or above (to include English language and
Mathematics)
Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Commercially focused
Excellent, time management, organisational and planning skills
Ability to meet deadlines whilst prioritising multiple tasks
Applies attention to detail
Ability to engage in a manner to suit a variety of audiences
Effective communication and inter personnel skills
Ability to build relationships and negotiate with people at all levels
Works well under pressure and logical approach to work
Ability to work without supervision; use own initiative and solve problems
Eager to learn new skills
