About the Social Media Executive role:
As our Social Media Executive, you will leading on implementing and optimising our social media strategies across our owned channels to achieve agreed objectives and targets, including channel growth, audience engagement and social referrals.
What we're looking for in our Social Media Executive:
Proven experience in working with and managing social media management platforms
Min 2 years working within a Digital Marketing Team
Clear, accurate writing skills with the ability to produce fluent and persuasive copy and content for a wide variety of audiences
Degree level educated with a Marketing/Digital qualification (desirable)
What you can expect to be doing as our Social Media Executive:
Leading on the creation of high quality, original and inspiring social media content including stories/reels/posts related to scheme marketing (i.e. show home interior and local area videos) as well as evergreen and topical content
Managing all social media accounts for Peabody New Homes including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & LinkedIn
Managing all social media management platforms (such as Hootsuite) including set up/monitoring/licensing and external partner management
Conducting in-depth research and competitor analysis using social listening and analytics tools to inform our strategy and create engaging and relevant content
Identifying social media trends and developing timely, unique content to leverage opportunities; continuously develop knowledge through research on social media best practice
Analysing social media campaigns with appropriate tracking systems to gather visitor data; report on weekly/monthly stats to Digital Channels Manager and recommendations to optimise performance; demonstrate a measurable ROI from all social activities
Ensuring a consistent method for internal visibility of scheduled social content; seek input from internal teams for amends to be made in a timely fashion
Leading on evolving the Peabody channel mix, reviewing potential new channels including but not limited to Pinterest, TikTok and other emerging social media channels
Managing all review websites with a focus on developing and growing a positive Trustpilot review page and leveraging marketing opportunities associated with this channel
Developing engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to engage, educate and inspire audiences and promote brand focused messaging
Co-ordinating social media messaging with wider marketing team(s) to ensure consistency in messaging; actively seek and welcome new ideas from across the team
Managing our social communities to drive engagement, build brand advocacy and industry-leading tone of voice
Collaborating with other teams to align social media timelines with new development/product releases, campaigns or other brand building activity
Creating contacts with social media influencers and promoting Peabody channels for community engagement
