Apply on Partner SiteWe are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator / coordinator / office manager for a (flexible office agency) Sales Coordinator position based in the City of London area.

Details of the Role & Benefits:
* Base Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 – based on experience
* Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5:30pm; Fridays: 9am to 5pm
Experience Required:
* 2-3yrs+ of ANY office management / administration experience in ANY industry.
* Strong advantage if you have administration experience in commercial / residential real estate / flexible office / serviced office sector.
Responsibilities & Duties
* This position is focused on supporting the sales team of consultants.
This role will include but will not be limited to:
* Work closely with the sales team to help with day-to-day business
* Answering inbound calls
* Checking availability from flexible office business centres
* Arranging viewings on behalf of the consultants
* Attending viewings in London when needed (depending on the consultant’s availability)
* Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
* Chasing invoicing details
* Calling clients for updates
* Keeping notes and re-contacts up to date
* Keeping Salesforce (CRM) up to date with detailed information
* Liaise with the Business Centre Administrators
* Reporting to Senior Management
* Preparation of general correspondence, template documents & reports
Experience & Skills Required
* 2-3years or more in any industry or the service office / flexible office industry.
* Strong administrative experience required
* Strong MS Office knowledge and experience
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
* Any property knowledge or experience would be beneficial
