We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Electrical Engineer with a proven track record in the building services sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding team.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design and delivery of electrical building services projects.
Manage and oversee the electrical engineering team, providing support and guidance as required.
Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met or exceeded.
Lead the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and drawings.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of fee proposals and manage project budgets and resources.
Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to deliver projects to the highest standard.
Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers and technicians.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Chartered status with a recognised institution (e.g. IET, CIBSE)
A minimum of 10 years experience in electrical building services design, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Strong technical knowledge of building services and electrical engineering.
Experience in managing and leading engineering teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Experience in using relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, such as BS7671, BS EN 62305, and BS5839.
Ability to manage project budgets and resources, and deliver projects to agreed timescales.
