We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join a successful award-winning international design practice in their London office.

This practice works on a large range of exciting projects including education, aviation, rail and hospitality in both the UK and globally.

You would be working in a friendly, supportive and collaborative environment. Along with an amazing benefits package they also have a great hybrid working policy.

Key responsibilities include: -

Producing and coordinating bids, presentations, award submissions, project sheets and online marketing content
Identify bid opportunities
Organisation of client events, trade conferences, exhibitions and photography shoots
Support the wider marketing team in the development of the marketing strategy
Managing assets and the image library
Maintain internal contacts database
Assist the wider marketing team when requiredKey skills required: -

Prior experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator role ideally within the built environment.
Excellent InDesign skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
