An established and successful mortgage broker in Derby is now looking to expand their team with an experienced Mortgage Advisor working within their Derby Head Office.
 
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will deal with pre-qualified appointments that are qualified and booked in via the Mortgage Qualification team. You will provide honest and quality advice to your customers in different situations, based on whole of market.
 
You will be a key point of contact for all customers and use your existing commercial awareness to ensure they receive the very best service and advice.
 
What you’ll bring to the role:

You’ll hold a full CeMAP qualification
You’ll ideally have CAS but this isn't essential
You will have a proven track record in a previous Mortgage & Protection Advisor position
A desire to lead by example and mentor more junior team members
A genuine desire to want to provide exceptional service your clients
You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain prosperous relationships
You will be naturally analytical and prefer to work in a structured way What you’ll get in return:

£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary
Uncapped Commission - £50,000 + OTE
