Get Staff Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful and growing Insurance brokerage who are looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to join their team, working in their new offices in Brentwood.

Customer Service Advisor Role and Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and customer queries
* Helping manage the customer experience
* Helping prepare weekly and monthly reports
* Answering e-mail requests
* Communicating with insurers & third parties to ensure all information is up to date
* General administration
