What Will You Be Doing?

As an Internal Account Developer for Daikin UK, you will manage allocated accounts, providing exceptional levels of Customer Service through the proactive and timely resolution of all customer queries, generated from the selling of products.

You will:

* Build great relationships and trust with customers to deliver a high-quality professional excellence in service to external customers and DAUK colleagues.

* Act as a first point of support for customers and take ownership of enquiry resolution, following up and communicating to the customer on all issues in a timely manner.

* Build, strengthen, and maintain effective customer relationships (by telephone, emails, and visits), gathering market and customer information which can be used to help achieve additional sales.

* Ensure Order Maintenance is carried out to create an accurate open order book to ensure sales planning factory forecast and sales landing forecast are appropriate.

You will have a real passion for Customer Service and an exceptional ability to deliver on every customer’s requirements. You will be happy and able to thrive working in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure.

You will be able to work autonomously, manage your own workload and always be attentive to detail. A critical thinking problem solver mind set with excellent listening skills.
