Due to the continued growth of our Utilities & Energy division, and the appointment of a number of key hires across the group within the last 18 months, we are looking for a Principle Consultant to join the Utilities & Energy division.
Rullion as a whole has been established for over 40 years, with our core strengths in the IT, Engineering, Nuclear and Energy markets. We are agile and constantly adapting to the industry, having expanded our service offerings to cover contingency, retained and specialist skill projects, as well as more tailored solutions such as Projects as a Service (our SoW offering), Managed Solutions and outsourced Programme Services. We are well supported by an award-winning Marketing department as well as several key senior sales / business development directors within the business.
Summary of the Role
We are keen to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultants, ideally with a background in our core markets (Utilities, Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemicals), although we can also consider strong consultants from other verticals also who are looking to specialist in our Sector.
We are looking for someone who wants to focus on growth and be driven by new business sales and targets. There will be some accounts that need expanding, some accounts that need reengagement, and brand new accounts you bring in yourself.
We offer uncapped, market-leading commission up to 30% of billings, and genuine remote / flexible working options with a number of consultants in this team taking full advantage. We have also recently revamped our learning and development programme, offering all consultants realistic opportunities to develop into managerial level roles.

This will be a home based role with some occasional travel into our Altrincham head office, ideally once per week to work alongside the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted business partner to your customer and internal colleagues, creating exceptional experiences for stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates
Manage permanent and interim recruitment processes for the client through the full recruitment life cycle
To understand and consistently adhere to the terms of delivery with respect to the client's Contract Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements. Deliver quality candidates through direct hiring from your own sourcing techniques and through our resourcing shared service centre.
Build and maintain a strong customer relationship with clients and internal colleagues by embedding yourself successfully within their business and raising the profile of the resourcing service
Managing the clients' volume recruitment campaigns, whilst also managing a portfolio of specialist roles
Challenge mindsets of the customer and use effective trend analysis to define approaches to recruitment strategies
Manage queries and issues from the client, candidates and colleagues, taking ownership to ensure the matter is dealt with efficiently and timely
Understand and ensure that working practices are compliant with all legislation and company / client specific policies and procedures
Build and maintain a quality applicant talent pool to meet customer requirements as well as the proactive identification and submission of suitable candidates

Previous permanent or contract recruitment experience, ideally within an Energy/ Process / Oil & Gas / Infrastructure/ Utilities background
Business development skills, particularly focusing on New Business
