Customer Service Representatives Needed

Location: Peterborough

Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 with Regular Pay Reviews.

Start: Monday 17th April.

Due to our client's continued success they are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their successful and rapidly growing sales team based in Peterborough. The Role:

Customer Service
Chasing leads
Upselling a variety of services through providing excellent Customer ServiceThis is a sales role but there is NO cold calling involved although you will be expected to call back people who have initially enquired and to convert enquiries in to actual business.

Key responsibilities for candidates:

Building customer relationships
Upselling and Cross-selling
Closing business
Achieving designated sales targetsKey requirements for candidates:

Driven and hungry to succeed in sales, money motivated, highly energetic and enthusiastic Confident with excellent communication skills.

Ideally you will have call centre environment experience but a high aptitude for learning will be highly regarded.
