My client who are a large Facilities Management company is looking for a Maintenance Joiner in the Wythenshawe area. This role will be initially a contract position with a view to going permanent for the right candidate. My client is looking for someone for an immediate start if successful with an interview.

The ideal engineer will have worked in Facilities Management before.

Duties will include:

The role covers all aspects of general site management including, planned and reactive building maintenance.
To present a front facing customer service attitude to the customer at all times.
To ensure security of the building at all times.
Painting work
Plastering
Hanging doors
Changing locks
