Balfour Beatty are currently recruiting for a Trainee Administrator -Site Support Administrator to join our Power Transmission & Distribution business unit in Cefn Depot, Bryn Rd, Cefn Forest, Blackwood, NP12 3LZ.
Role Profile:
To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the depot.
What you'll be doing
* General admin activities to support the project team.
* Logging important information that will inform monthly reporting requirements.
* Ensures that project financial reporting is timely and accurate
* Processing invoices and entering these into our system
* Scanning various documents.
* Support the teams knowledge efforts, including the external website and the intranet
* Work cross functionally with operations, management, commercial and group management
* Full training provided
Who we're looking for
* Relevant experience in an administrative role
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good IT Skill
* Good communicator and inter-personal skills
