Senior Site Manager

Salary: £Dependent on Experience + Excellent Benefits + £5K Car allowance/Travel

Location: Chobham, Surrey

Full Time/ Permanent – Monday to Friday

Remarkable Jobs are currently working with an established construction company (Framework), who are seeking a ‘Senior Site Manager’ to join their team. 

The successful candidate for the ‘Senior Site Manager’ role will work on a significant Data Centre project. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and sub-contractors.

The ideal candidate for the ‘Senior Site Manager’ role will have experience within the commercial construction environment and would have previously managed a team on-site.

‘Senior Site Manager’ Main Responsibilities:

Managing site managers and the site team.
Following method statements produced for each element within the project.
Overseeing and inspecting the work conducted on-site to ensure that the work is executed safely.
Organising the activity of different sub-contractors and trades
Creating project records
Understanding each specialist sub-contractor’s order/responsibilities.
‘Senior Site Manager’ Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

NVQ Level 4 Site Management.
Membership of the CSCS scheme, SMSTS (CITB) and First Aid qualifications
Minimum 3 years within a similar role.
Membership to a professional body, e.g., RICS or CIOB.
Good understanding of construction methods and technology.
Excellent management skills.
