* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services covering the UK

Your new role

* Working Monday – Friday, 40-hour week.

* You will be working on the landlord side of the building across a portfolio of commercial sites / offices in Central London.

* You will be overseeing a team of 3-4 multi-skilled maintenance engineer’s, driving team performance, supporting with technical issues and working closely with the contract manager.

* Planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding - M&E maintenance.

* Managing logbooks, risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, quoting, toolbox talks, managing sickness and holidays, and any other ad-hoc duties required.

What you'll need to succeed

* The ideal candidate will have experience in the FM / building services industry, carrying out the above duties.

* Managed/ Supervised a team previously would be ideal.

* Looking to speak with candidates who are keen to continue progressing.
