Apply on Partner SiteFINTEC recruit is supporting a global business based in Ross-shire Highland region who are looking to hire an HR Assistant. This is temporary for 3 months with a view to progressing with the HR department in becoming permanent. The salary on offer is circa £25,000 depending on experience working full time, Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays).
Responsibilities:
Assisting with recruitment processes
Involved in organising for new staff starts, leavers and contract amendment administration
The HR Assistant with record and monitor Sickness absence
Maintaining employee records and HR systems
Occupational Health scheduling and record keeping and monthly reportingSkills required for the HR Assistant role:
Experience in a similar HR Assistant or HR Administration role
Good organisational, interpersonal and numeracy skills
