Avanti recruitment are currently working with a groundbreaking software defense and space company based in the UK. They are looking for a number of Graduate/Junior and Mid-levels to join their teams working on high level projects. For this role you will be working with a number of technologies including: JavaScript, Angular, C#, C++, .NET and Python.

The company has offices based in Malvern and Lincoln and work on a flexible hybrid basis and would like you to be based within travel distance of either offices due to onsite needs for highly classified projects.

You will be working on long term projects creating groundbreaking applications that work to implement data into action. These are truly exciting projects having a real world impact in all corners of the world.

Investment in their developers is massive with 5 days allocated for offsite training, £1500 training budget per developer, with additional certifications and LinkedIn learning.

The team work in an agile environment with unit testing, code reviews, continuous integration and currently have a great team of senior developers who are happy to mentor and share their knowledge.

For this role you will need the ability to have UK security vetting and sign the official secrets act.

The role is paying between £25,000-£50,000 dependent on experience with 30 days holidays plus BH, 5 training days, £1500 training budget, private health insurance, bonus scheme, 5% matched pension, electric car and cycle to work schemes and flexible working hours
