PSR Rail are currently working with a Civil Engineering tier one contractor that operates within a Rail environment. They are looking to recruit a Framework Manager to lead the overall delivery of a major works across railway & infrastructure projects.

Your new role as Framework Manager (Civil Engineering)

In this senior level post, you will take personal responsibility for the overall delivery of a major Civil Engineering framework, working with a major public sector client who have an exciting range of projects scheduled. You will support in the recruitment and management of a team of Project Managers and Site Agents.

What you will need to succeed as a Framework Manager (Civil Engineering)

Be a Chartered Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10-years post graduate experience;
Extensive project experience within the railway / heavy civil engineering sectors - individuals from a tier one or tier two contractor background will be considered;
Hold an NEC3/4 Project Management accreditation or APM status with experience operating as a Project Manager across the full project lifecycle;
Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams within agreed scope, timeframes and budgets
