Allstaff Recruitment are recruiting for a BREEAM Assessor based in Milton Keynes for an ever-growing building services company.

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000
Location:  Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, hybrid.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

The role...

As BREEAM Assessor your role will involve the following important duties:  

Pick up and develop several projects.
Undertake BREEAM New Construction scheme assessments.
Work to current UK legislation, British Standards and Codes of Practice.
Investigate solutions to challenges and work within agreed budgets set by the lead consultant.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team internally and externally
Support on design competitions and bids
Produce reports and presentations
The experience required…

As a successful BREEAM Assessor, you will have:

BREEAM NC certified.
At least 2 years experience in completing BREEAM Assessments.
Degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent).
Work independently developing several projects.
Awareness of broad sustainability issues.
Part L compliance analysis modelling.
Thermal comfort & overheating modelling.
A proactive approach, with great communication and interpersonal skills
This role would suit a BREEAM Assessor, Sustainability Engineer, Sustainability Consultant, BREEAM, building services, British Standards, Codes of Practice
