Sous Chef

Location: Kelso, Scottish Borders

Salary: £30k - £35k depending on experience plus benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent - relocation accommodation package available

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sous Chef to join a fantastic unique luxury hotel in the Scottish Borders. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for great food and people.

You will support the Head Chef in running the kitchen operations and will be rewarded with great career progression opportunities.

Skills Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role 
Have a passion for delivering great menus
Ability to train and develop a team

Excellent team player able to support both the Head Chef and junior kitchen team members
Passionate about fresh food, and is always looking for opportunities to develop the menu
Standards focused - able to maintain consistency
