Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Pay: £9.50 - £10.42 per hour
Contract: Temp - Perm

A local Hospital trust are looking for a Hospital porter to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis, an immediate start is available. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to the theatre department, ensuring that all equipment and materials are readily available for use by medical staff.

The Duties of a Hospital Porter include:
" Preparing theatre rooms and equipment for use by medical staff
" Stocking and replenishing medical supplies
" Assisting with the safe disposal of medical waste
" Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
" Supporting other team members where necessary

The Requirements of a Hospital Porter:
" Must be willing to work on feet for long periods
" Must be available immediately
" Physically able
" Good communication and interpersonal skills

The role of a Hospital Porter is working alternate shifts, being paid £9.50 per hour. This is a labour-intensive position.
