The Company

* One of the leading building & maintenance contractors in the North West who are continuously growing, working with councils and housing associations across the region are looking for a Site Manager to work within their team on their repairs scheme

* They provide a full range of property maintenance services, including disabled adaptations, planned refurbishment, repairs, voids and structural works

The Role

* Responsibility for the Team assigned to the contracts you manage including instructing admin, site management and operatives by leading by example

* Ensure company H&S policy is being strictly adhered to, addressing any non-conformities are recorded and dealt with in an appropriate method to meet policies and procedures

* Ensure you and your Team are following process and procedures set by the company from receiving the job, appropriate instruction and cost capture to invoicing the job once completed in time and to budget

* Ensure all work systems, including SimPro, are continuously updated with the correct accurate information. All works are quoted, costs allocated, scheduled to Operatives and subcontractors using SimPro every day before any jobs start

* Planning and managing a team of installers and sub-contractors to deliver wet room installations around the Manchester area

* Ensure site inspections and audits are completed to comply with company policies and procedures, keeping accurate records

What you need to succeed

* Repairs management experience within a range of refurbishment schemes

* Trade experience, wet room installation experience would be advantageous

* Social housing experience

* A valid driver’s licence
