Apply on Partner SiteSecurity Cleared 3rd Line Support Engineer/Technician (SCCM, SCOM, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Virtualisation, Hyper-V, VMWare, McAfee). This permanent position is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company and will be based in Fareham, Hampshire, 5 days a week. Shift pattern between 07:30 - 18:00, per week on a split shift, rotated weekly.
Responsibilities & Skills:
The successful applicant will be an experienced 3rd line support engineer/technician
Resolving technician issues/escalations from the 1st/2nd line technicians enabling continued service to our customers
Excellent customer facing experience required
Providing technical support and solutions to legacy and future training systems
This position is located at Fareham, Hampshire, and possibly other sites within the local area, this may involve operating in a rota system operating between sites to support where required. The successful applicant may also engage in projects further afield from time to time.
You will need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying the customers' needs and ensure they are met whilst working within your agreed support role as defined by your Team Lead.
Experience of working within SLA's and KPI's (i.e. document reviews / System installation).
IT infrastructure support
As many of the following as possible: SCCM/SCOM Malware, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Group Policy objects Virtualisation (Hyper V / VMWare), McAfee
Must be able to work on client site in Fareham 5 days a week and be able to work between 07:30 - 18:00, per week on a split shift, rotated weekly.
