My client, based in West Yorkshire, work with some of the biggest global businesses to bring their brand implementation ideas to life.

They’re currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to look after a retail signage client – you’ll work closely with the customer to arrange the technical development, manufacture, and install of fascia, pylon and totem signs, as well as other signage systems – illuminated signage, vinyl graphics and wayfinding signage.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager boasting a strong technical knowledge of signage design, manufacture and installation, and fantastic client management skills.

The Role

* Coordinate the project team and customer to ensure successful installation and project completion.

* Travelling to site to oversee installations, working with on site teams to ensure a seamless delivery.

* Develop and implement a detailed plan to achieve project objectives and ensure excellent service to the client.

* Participate in customer meetings and reviews concerning projects, plans and progress.

* Coordinate products and services to ensure that necessary sourcing and procurement of materials are completed in a timely manner.

* Manage all daily aspects of assigned projects remotely (via VPN) or in-office management, dependent on travel requirements at the time.

* Undertaking quality control inspections of signage prior to installation.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the duration of any project, providing adequate solutions to any problems and managing the clients expectations.

* Provide financial management of the clients account – monthly forecasting, developing estimates, budgets, quotes, tracking project costs, reviewing and approving expenses, etc.

* Identifying any future opportunities, helping to achieve additional sales volume with client accounts.

The Candidate

* Experienced in a similar position with a sound technical understanding of signage (ideally within a retail setting)

* A demonstrable track record of managing projects relating to development, supply and install of a company’s own products – i.e. interior furniture, retail units and workplace solutions.

* Preferably a joinery and/or metalwork background

* Fully familiar with interpreting technical drawings

* Can research for new products, materials, and processes.

* Excellent communication skills – confident in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

* Has a flexible attitude towards work, with the end-project and client satisfaction in mind.

* Is extremely detail oriented and strives for perfection.

* A full UK driving licence as you will be required to travel to clients sites

Salary & Benefits

A generous base salary is on offer for this role, plus 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, cycle to work scheme, company pension, and more.
The working hours are Monday to Friday (Apply online only) although some flexibility may be required as the role occasionally requires early starts and late finishes.
