Excellent role on offer for a Contracts Manager looking to join one of the leading modular construction companies in the UK where you will work on a range of interesting off-site construction projects within a close knit team.

This company well established and are leading off-site construction specialists who have established a great reputation within the commercial sector, and consistently create high quality builds which has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an ambitious Contracts Manager to join their team.

In this role you will have a varied job role, being both office and site based. Your main role within the business will be to coordinate and manage all aspects of site and project activities. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will ensure projects are run smoothly and efficiently . You will manage sub-contractors and all company staff on site, liaising with clients and attending meetings on a regular basis. This role will involve a lot of travelling to site, and reporting back to the main office which is based near Port Talbot.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and knowledge in Construction, working as a Project or Contracts Manager with proven experience managing construction projects. Ideally you will have a HNC qualification in construction, along with a CSCS and SMSTS. You will have experience working on various construction sites, ideally within the commercial construction industry. You will be competent using IT systems such as Microsoft Project.
