Pertemps are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Consultant with a background in resourcing and planning to join our client in Edinburgh. The HR team works with a wide range of departments, providing bespoke solutions that drive talent acquisition, workforce planning and resourcing strategies.

Location - Edinburgh
Hours - 36 hours a week, Monday - Friday
Duration - Temporary Ongoing
Pay - £21.44 per hour

As a Senior HR Consultant with a resourcing and planning background, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on workforce planning, recruitment and selection, retention strategies, and other resourcing and planning issues. You will work collaboratively with departments to help them build their capability in attracting, developing and retaining their talent pool.

Key Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing resourcing and planning strategies
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on workforce planning and recruitment strategies
Conducting talent assessments and developing succession planning strategies
Leading and managing recruitment and selection processes
Providing coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and HR professionals
Leading and managing complex HR projects
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on resourcing and planning
Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Experience in developing and implementing resourcing and planning strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong project management skills
CIPD qualification is desirable
