My client is seeking a customer focused Call Handler to join their established team based in Peterborough on a full-time permanent basis.

SALARY: £21,000 - £23,000 
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:45AM - 5:15PM
LOCATION: PETERBOROUGH

Key Responsibilities:

Listening to and understanding customer needs
Developing a good relationship with all clients by providing a personal service
Undertaking regular contact calls to meet client requirements
Recording all call logs accurately on the database relating to client conversations
Managing own workflow in a timely manner
Ensuring copies of all documents and letter are sent out to clients

A Successful Candidate Will Display The Following:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience with customer calls and claims (desirable)
Well organised
Ability to work independently
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service roles
