My client is a £200 m turnover rc frame specialist and they are looking to add a Senior Planner / Pre-Construction Manager to the pre-construction team.

The role would require the candidate to act as the senior (third) planner within the team; to update the overarching planning schedule; and to have the ability to generate technical documents for inclusion within the tender submission.

The opportunity is based out of head office near Watford, with engagement requiring work within the city for client meetings. This is not a hybrid working role, and candidates seeking that will not be considered. This is due to information sharing and the team environment that is required for this opportunity.

Candidates should have experience of RC sub and superstructure works, and have either previously been a Planner or Project Engineer / Manager for the same.

Candidates should be full versed with Asta, and have the ability to load the programme with resources and quantities. Candidates with limited planning experience, or who “would like to move into planning” will not be considered.

Remuneration will be based on experience but is placed at a level that should attract quality candidates. Candidates can be PAYE or limited company depending on personal preference.
