One Property Recruitment have been instructed on the search for a Junior Block Manager, based in Mayfair. This role will be perfect for someone who is extremely keen to build a career within Block Management. My client is a dynamic firm who are expanding rapidly and this is an unmissable opportunity to join the team, learn from the ground up and grow with them. Your core duties will consist of:

• Supporting the director on the portfolio

• Assisting the team on ongoing major works projects at all stages of the section 20 notice.

• Conducting site visits

• Working with the internal teams to gain a wider experience of managing the portfolio.

• Gaining an insight into service charge

• General diary management for the director

• Working as a PA to ensure you are helping the wider block team

You don’t need specific property experience for this role. A must, however, is that you are passionate about building a career within block management.
