£30,000-£35,000 – 2nd Line Support Engineer – Hertfordshire

One of our clients has reached out to us this today with an urgent need to fill a 2nd Line Support position on a permanent basis.

The company are a small to medium sized based in Hertfordshire.

I am looking for someone with 2nd line support experience and experience with excellent people and communication skills, office 365, exchange, active directory, experience with ticketing systems, basic networking.

This is a permanent position and fully onsite, you must be UK based and not require Visa sponsorship.

We are looking for an 2nd Line Support Engineer who has experience with excellent people and communication skills, office 365, exchange, active directory, experience with ticketing systems, basic networking experience on a permanent basis, based on your level of experience salaries are ranging up to £35,000 per annum.

Skills and Experience Required

Excellent people and communication skills
Windows Server (Apply online only) and Windows 11/12
Active Directory/Azure AD
Basic Networking
Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Technologies (Exchange Admin, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune etc)
Hyper V
Microsoft SCCM
