Inside Sales and Marketing Executive

Our client a well established maufacturing company based in North Leeds is looking to recruit an Inside Sales and Marketing Executive. Based in modern offices you will be working in a small team and working alongside the Technical Sales Manager to support with enquiries and to develop leads for the business.

To be successful in the role you will need strong customer service skills, listening skills, the ability to build rapport with customers and some marketing experience would be an advantage. Any experience within a similar role would be a definite advantage.

As the Inside Sales & Marketing Executive you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:

Answering inbound customer equiries
Making outbound calls to lapsed and potential customers
Researching new customers via LinkedIn and Google
Answering customer queries and sending out product information
Creating and maintaining a databse of current and potential customers
Researching and qualifying new leads
Staying informed about competing products and services
Sending out eshots and mailshots
Establishing a presence on social media with the support of the marketing department at Head Office

Experience

Previous experience in a similar position is prefered
Good IT skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
