Our client is looking for an experienced Sustainability Engineer to join their Building Services Design Consultancy. The firm have been established for over 30 years and work across multiple sectors such as commercial, residential, education, leisure, and many more.

To be considered for this Sustainability Engineer role, you will ideally have:

BSc/MSc in Sustainability, Engineering, Energy or similar
Relevant experience in a similar role
Experience using IESVE software
Brilliant communication skills and attention to detail
Low Carbon Consultant & Non-Domestic Low Carbon Energy Assessor qualifications
Understanding of Building Services
NABERS and BREEAM Qualifications (Desirable)Working as a Sustainability Engineer you will:

Complete thermal comfort models
Assist with Sustainability & Energy statements
Deliver non-domestic EPCs for lodgement to Government's portal
Produce TM52 overheating calculations and HVAC calculations for TM54 assessments
Complete energy statements for planning submission
