Role of a Junior Recruitment Consultant:

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be approaching hiring managers of companies we haven’t worked with before and persuading or influencing them to give us their job vacancies.

Once we have a vacancy, we then approach candidates who may or may not be looking for a new role, and persuade them we have a position that’s better than the one they are already in. Then marry the two together and present our candidate to the client and manage the interview process to hopefully an offer.

We only place senior level candidates so Director level or above, people who earn £100K a year or more so we typically must headhunt them.
