Location: Huddersfield

Remuneration: £45,000 + up to £3,000 bonus

The role of the Branch Manager – Plumbing Products will involve:

* Branch Manager’s position selling a range of plumbing and pipeline products such as: tubes, pipes, fittings, valves, ancillaries, guttering and drainage

* Selling to contractors, M&E contractors, builders, plumbers, end users, local authorities, schools, hospitals and care homes

* Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the branch

* Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales

* Accountable for driving sales, maximising branch profitability and ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided at all times

* Guide, develop and motivate the branch team to make sure all goals and objectives are successfully met on time

* Maintain the existing customer relations whilst developing and nurturing new relations

* Guaranteeing all H&S practises are adhered to by all employees

* Project sizes can vary between £30k and £100k

* Managing a team of 6

The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager – Plumbing Products with:

* Must have sales management experience within the plumbing industry

* Must have an excellent knowledge of domestic and commercial plumbing, sanitary, heating and pipeline products, such as: Bathrooms, Showers, Taps, Baths, Tubes, Pipes, Valves, Fittings, Guttering, Drainage, Boilers, Commercial Boilers, Underfloor Heating, Pumps, Radiators, Towel Rails, Thermostats, Ancillaries, Sealants, Adhesives

* Open to a key account manager or sales representative working within a merchant who possesses the product knowledge

* Must understand profitability

* Sales orientated and results driven

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Highly organised, passionate, energetic, and hungry

* Computer and Microsoft Office literate

* Must have a full UK driving license
