As a Structural Revit Technician, you will play a crucial role in bringing designs to life and contributing to the success of our diverse portfolio of projects.

Job Description:

In this role, you will utilise your proficiency in Revit software to produce accurate and detailed structural drawings and models. Working closely with an experienced team of architects and engineers, you will transform design concepts into precise documentation, ensuring the smooth progression of projects from inception to completion.

What You'll Do:

Utilize Revit software to create 3D models and generate structural drawings for diverse building projects.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design intent and project requirements are accurately translated into Revit models.
Coordinate and integrate architectural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) models into the structural design.
Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve design conflicts.
Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and libraries to enhance efficiency and standardization.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
Stay updated with the latest Revit tools and workflows to enhance productivity and quality.What We're Looking For:

Relevant technical qualification or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Proven experience as a Structural Revit Technician in the architectural or engineering industry.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and associated software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free documentation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes and workflows is a plus. Why Join the Team?
