2nd Line Support Engineer - Hybrid based
Up to £32000 + Benefits
Wiltshire based Managed Service Provider are actively looking to strengthen their technical division and currently require a 2nd Line Support Engineer to work in conjunction with the helpdesk team, acting as a primary point of contact to a select number of customers across the South West. Clients will include schools, large office, financial and healthcare.
To apply for the 2nd Line Support Engineer will require the following:
Extensive experience at a 2nd line level working for a Managed Service Provider.
Have supported clients across a range of technologies including - Veeam, Dato, Office 365 (dealing with Group Policies), Active Directory, Barracuda (other security software beneficial), Azure, TEAMS Telephony, Firewalls & Routers plus a solid understanding of Networking Technology.
Experience offering technical advice and mentoring junior members of a technical team
Full driving license would be preferred.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer role will be hybrid based and will be a key part of the IT team. They will be given full training, the opportunity to progress within the business gaining additional qualifications across software and networking and will have the opportunity to provide a broad spectrum of managed service solutions.
