Our branch based in Leeds City Centre is growing! We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our permanent recruitment team. If you have strong Administration experience or experience in recruitment thus could be the job for you.
The role -
Directly sourcing candidates using job boards and Linked In
Writing and Posting job adverts for permanent roles
Assisting the team with any administration including compliance
Ensuring that the candidate journey is managed effectively
Collecting all required right to work documents
Supporting with marketing administration for the branchThe ideal candidate -
Keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills as you will be required to speak with candidates regularly on the phone
Able to work in a timely manager.
Manage workload efficiently.
Professional attitude.You will be assisting two top performing Consultants across the Leeds team, this is a great opportunity to learn from the best with a genuine career pathway on offer.
