MOTOR VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Basic Salary – £30k – £34k. OTE £38k

Our client is looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to carry out vehicle servicing and repairs, fault diagnosis and defect rectification in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

As Motor Vehicle Technician, you will work unsupervised in line with codes of practice, systems of work and agreed processes. You will also be committed to supporting our client in providing a high quality service to their customers by working to deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will hold a City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Servicing and Repair, and will have a good level of experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician. Ideally, you will have an MOT licence, although our client will arrange training on this if required. You will be expected to use the computer and should have the literacy to do this effectively. You should also hold a full driving licence.

The Motor Vehicle Technician is a full-time role Monday - Friday that will require you to work one Saturday per month.
