We are looking for a Driving Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team in our Northampton branch with a passion to drive the business forward!

Working on a warm desk, you will be focusing on the HGV Recruitment market building relationships with Clients, Candidates, and internal teams.

As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying clients and building positive relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs.   

Working as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll attract candidates by drafting job profiles to post on a range of media platforms, as well as networking and searching cv databases. You'll screen candidates, conduct candidate interviews and finally match their skill set to clients’ job profiles.

You will provide a consultative service by sharing market insights, understanding legislation and ensuring compliance across all your roles

Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you're the vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse. It involves:

Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, their work culture and their environment
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
Receiving and reviewing applications and matching candidates skills and experience to live job roles.
Briefing candidates about the roles and providing ongoing support during assignments.
Working towards and exceeding targets
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment processes.
Work in close contact with other consultants and managers at KPI Recruiting
What we are looking for:

Previous experience of working in a busy recruitment office is highly desirable. We are looking for an outgoing and positive individual who is keen to make their mark in this growing branch. We are looking for an effective relationship builder who can prioritise their workload and provide a first class service to both candidates and clients.

A driving licence is required for this role (due to the location of some of the client sites)
